Alexia Marcelle-Abegg - Heirloom

Heirloom by Alexia Marcelle-Abegg for Ruby Star Society.

For Heirloom, Alexia drew inspiration form the fabrics of vintage quilts, and recreated them with her own versions of small scale prints with a single colour background. The hand-carved motifs are sprinkled across a refreshed sunrise palette and there are 6 fabulous new shades of her versatile Add It Up basic.

The designs are printed on Ruby Star cotton - a lighter weight quilting cotton, printed in Japan and with a soft drapey hand feel.
