Ruby Star Society Meadow Star jelly roll by Alexia Abegg
For the fabrics in the Meadow Star collection, Alexia drew inspiration from applique quilts, specifically the designs in antique album or sampler quilts. The hero print in the group is the large-scale Applique Menagerie design, which provides endless piecing, fussy-cutting, or even whole-cloth quilt possibilities. The group is rounded out with smaller-scale supporting prints. We can see huge potential to mix and match these designs with her previous collection, Sugar Maple.
100% quilting cotton, 115cm wide
The charm pack contains 42 factory-cut 2.5-inch strips and includes one each of all 26 designs from the collection and some duplicates. The jelly roll comes beautifully bound in a black Ruby Star Society ribbon.
