Refunds & Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your parcel once it arrives, but sometimes mistakes happen.  If there is an issue with your order email the details to shop@thenextstitch.com.au and we endeavour to resolve it.
No return is offered on special order kits or custom bundles unless the goods agreed on at point of purchase are not supplied as promised.  No return is offered if you change your mind.

 

The Next Stitch uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and for the majority of international orders. We are not responsible for damaged or lost orders once shipped,  however we will work with you to try to remedy the situation. Notification of faulty/damaged goods or incorrectly supplied goods must be provided within 3 days of receipt goods, giving full particulars and/or a photograph if requested.
