Fabric from Languid by Carolyn Friedlander
In Languid, Carolyn Friedlander drew inspiration from the clay roads and olive groves surrounding her home in Florida. The 18 piece collection uses a brand new fabrication technique that adds sheen and lustre in two new ways. In some prints the sheen is applied over the top of screen printed fabric, and in others the sheen is applied to solid fabric to create a whole new metallic texture. The palette of earthy rust and dark olive, with cool pistachio greens and blue with a pop of yellow will mix and match seamlessly with Carolyn's past collections
