McNeils Quilt - Fabric-Only Kit in Indian Block Prints

Make this beginner-friendly quilt by pairing these traditionally block-printed florals with Purity Linen.  The quilt kit contains:

• all of the fabrics for the quilt top, including 15 FQs from the Indian Block Print collection, and 55% linen, 45% cotton white solid for the background 
• Fableism's Sprout woven in pumpkin  for the binding
• a PDF worksheet with additional cutting instructions will be emailed for download at the time of purchase.

Indian Block Prints: Cottage is Fableism’s first collection of block prints created by artisans from India.  The traditional motifs have been recoloured for a fresh reimagining of these classic styles.  The soft hand of the 100% cotton fabric has a vintage, lived-in look which is perfect for quilts and garments.  The Cottage florals are all printed on a off white background, creating a delicate, low-volume look.  

The finished project measures 60 x 72 inches

 Note: Due to the nature of the cloth and process of traditional block printing, the fabrics will experience a natural fade over time.  The inks are colour-fast, so won’t bleed, but a slow fade is part of their beauty and charm, and adds to their unique vintage appeal.
